Now RTO Services are regulated by means of E TOKEN .
Due to Covid 19 spread out the services from Motor Vehicles Department Offices are controlling number of visitors by means of E Token Facilities.
E Token is necessary for all services.
The following services are offered from all the RT Offices and regulated by E token:
- New Registration,
- Registration Renewal ( after 15 years)
- Fitness Test and its Renewal for Transport Vehicle,
- Assignment of Registration Mark,alteration etc are
- Alterations
- Fee Remittance ( For Pending applications only)
- Inquiry with PRO

In the main page there are Four Options.They are services for :
Services on MVD Kerala
Service on VAHAN
Services on SARATHI
Services Of Fee Payment
Select the Option and proceed.
Get the Print out.
After submitting the required applications for the services opted,the applicant shall take out the print out of the E Token and produce it with applications.
Remember only one E token is possible for a particular application number.
If failed to appear on the opted date,produce the same token on the next day.
If any objection faced meet the office head and present the matter.
