E Challan is a software application having both Android based Mobile App as well as Web interface. It is designed and introduced as total solution for traffic law enforcement activities of officers of MVD as well as Police. The Contact Less Checking programs of MVD Kerala is based of the E Challan. POS machines are also provided to the officers to collect fine. The fine amount can be paid later from office or home. However after a period of 14 Days E Challan may be transferred to Virtual courts.
