If you want to register a new vehicle or test a vehicle for fitness please procure an E token first.And it is very easy .Just spend 5 minutes and get the service done in time .
MVD Successfully introduced E token facility for the functioning of RTO/Sub RTO offices across the state.This was implemented as a part of fighting COVID 19 effectively. MVD resumed majority of the citizen services now.The only area un attended is Driving Test and issue of Fresh Licenses.
In order to cop up with the pandemic issues E token Facility was intorduced. Whoever wants to get a service at RTO/Sub RTOs shall prepare the online application in the VAHAN or SARATHI portal.After that visit the MVD site and procure an E token for the selected Service.
The E token facility is limited for each service.You have to mention correct service before procuring E token.The inspecting officers will inspect vehicle for those having E Tokens.
There are four category of services for E Token .They are:
MVD applications,
VAHAN applications,
SARATHI Applications
FEES Payments..
Select appropriate button and Proceed.Give the Application numbers,documents number and also select the correct office,where you want to get the service done.Also mention your mobile number.If the numbers on the right side is not working use the main set of keys.Sometimes the numbers on the right side would not function.
You can visit the selected office on selected date only.
Remember for one application only one Token is possible.
Now fees and Tax payments will not be accepted in officers except in cases where online payment is not possible.
Dont forget to show the PRINT OUT of the E token to ensure the service done without interruption.
