Golden Hour In road Accidents

It is one of the critical period of time when a road accident is happened.The injured shall be shifted to the nearest  medical facility within the golden hour.In such case chances for prevention of serious damage to life of the  injured is very high.The Term Golden Hour is Defined in the  Motor Vehicles Act 1988 amended by Act 32 of 2019.

As per Section  2 (12A)  the Term Golden Hour is defined as follows :

The time period lasting one hour following a traumatic injury during which there is highest likelihood of preventing  death by providing prompt medical care

As the name suggest  golden hour is the first hour after a road accident.But how could we utilize the situation if one of us are present in the scene.Is there any organized protocol for handling accident victims  in our country?How  we could shift a victim to the nearest medical facility within the golden hour?These are the normal questions arise in our mind if we are involved in such a situation in India.
