It is GPS enabled device used in vehicles.The Automotive Industry Standards for the same is AIS 140.
One of the important feature of this equipment is the Emergency button or Panic Button.By Pressing this button the specialized data packets will be sent to the Central Server caused by the panic situation.The button is available for passengers as well as crews.During disaster or calamity or accident the matter can be communicated with the control room using the panic button.After tracing the location rescue will rush to the spot .
